Real estate became Yolanda's career as she was exposed to homeownership and its stability. Yolanda was inspired by her closest friend's family's lovely home across the street as a child. This sparked Yolanda's interest in homeownership, and she couldn't help but dream of having a home.

Yolanda, along with her mother who was on a fixed income, bought their first home together. They achieved their dream with persistence, hard work, and trust. This life-changing experience taught Yolanda that anyone who is determined can become a homeowner, regardless of background or finances.

Yolanda and her husband raised their children in that home, but they needed more room. They bought their second home through faith and perseverance, proving Yolanda's belief that everyone can become a homeowner.

Yolanda's career is built on hard work. She attended Memphis University and Shelby State (now SWTC). Over 25 years, Yolanda was a FedEx Senior Customer Service Agent. She has worked as a Specialist III at ALSAC, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital's fundraising and awareness group, for years, helping spread hope and healing. Yolanda wanted to help others become homeowners, so she began a career in real estate. She attended Memphis Real Estate School in 2022 to learn how to service her clients.

Yolanda's real estate approach is focused on customer success. Inspired by her time at St. Jude, where hope is key to the organization's goal, Yolanda brings optimism to her real estate firm.
